A hub is a component that protects against implement overload in a ball shear clutch. It disconnects the power source from the drivetrain when an overload occurs, preventing the generation of damaging heat spikes or torque. 
It has a hidden shear bolt, induction hardened bolt holes, and an internal ball bearing.
Options
It can be mounted on the tractor shaft or implement, and can be offered with or without free motion or overrunning.
Ease of use
It has a repeatable overload disengagement setting, and is tamper resistant.
Maintenance
It requires minimal maintenance.
